1. The agency finds a candidate, and after the employer accepts their qualifications, the employee signs a direct contract with the employer.
2. The agency’s commission is paid in a fixed amount on a monthly or quarterly basis directly by the employer.
3. The employee’s salary does not impact the agency’s commission fee.
