Employment Agency

In contemporary times, an increasing number of recruitment processes are conducted through employment agencies. This form has existed for a long time; however, in Poland before the transformation, the role of employment agencies was fulfilled by labor offices. This means that:

1. The agency finds a candidate, and after the employer accepts their qualifications, the employee signs a direct contract with the employer.

2. The agency’s commission is paid in a fixed amount on a monthly or quarterly basis directly by the employer.

3. The employee’s salary does not impact the agency’s commission fee.
