Employee leasing involves the rental of employees by a Temporary Employment Agency to the client employer. Employee leasing involves the following aspects:
1. The leased employee establishes an employment relationship only with the leasing entity (Leadtrust HR). As a result, the client employer does not bear the obligations that are typically incumbent on employers.
2. The recipient of employee leasing services is not burdened with the necessity of maintaining personnel documentation or obligations related to social insurance settlements.
3. The costs of employing workers are calculated in a clear and transparent manner. Each time, the basis for billing is the number of hours worked by employees employed at the lessee’s company. The lessee receives a consolidated invoice once a month for the above services, reflecting the agreed rate for each job position.
4. The full responsibility for the legality of employment in Poland for individuals hired under the employee leasing arrangement lies with the agency – Leadtrust HR.
5. The lessee has the option to hire an employee directly within their company. In such a case, they are required to pay a buyout fee for each employee hired directly.
6. In the event of dissatisfaction with the performance of a given employee, the Lessee may request the replacement of the employee with whom he is dissatisfied.
7. All foreign employees of our company have a communicative knowledge of English – this language is the preferred means of communication.
